FAQs
What do you do?
We make vinyl records. Yes, we’re a real manufacturing facility, not a broker. We press 12” records and 7” records. Single, Double, and box sets. Our standard record weight is 140gram but we do offer 180gram for the right projects. And each one is made with love, here in Nashville, TN.
Do you work with brokers?
Yes, but we do not give preferential scheduling, rates, or special treatment to brokers, majors, or anyone else. All projects are treated equally and are dealt with first come, first served.
What kind of packaging do you offer?
We offer standard jackets, along with gatefold, wide spine standard, box set, and speciality packaging that can be priced out upon request.
What is your turn time?
For runs under 5K turn time is 5-7 weeks from the time we have approved art and audio. For runs over 5K turn time is 6-9 weeks.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is 250 units for a standard pressing (with your custom artwork), but please ask us if you have a specific order request. We also have two product categories for super short run options.
What is a digital test pressing?
For short runs, we will digitize 3 test pressings and send them to you for comparative listening. One advantage of this is that we are able to do a very in-depth quality control analysis so we only send tests over when we have verified we’re satisfied with the pressing. Then, if you also like the digital tests, we can get right into production! We do this to prevent any damage that may occur to the stamper when it is removed from the press. This way we can send you test audio, and keep the stamper on. Once approved we can continue pressing your job, in the same day. This also removes the week long process of shipping test pressings and helps us meet that 5-7 week turn time! You will be sent the test pressings for your archive, along with your final shipment. Do you press color?
We do! Check out our color library here.
