We can! Shipping rates vary wildly across the globe, so we recommend reaching out to determine current shipping rates before confirming an international sale.

We will fulfill orders for records made at PMP and/or other select merchandise items. These can be shirts, cassettes, posters, CDs, or more! There may be storage fees, and shipping rates will differ.

These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Multiple records can be shipped together, and instead of paying full price per unit shipped, we only charge a $2 surcharge for additional records.

For instance, if you contracted for 100 shipped records at $4.50 each, but someone ordered two of those records shipped to the same address, you would pay $6.50 ($4.50 + $2 surcharge) plus postage for that shipment instead of $9 ($4.50 ×2 units) plus postage.

As far as if someone orders an additional merch item and a record, we do typically need to split those shipments and charge accordingly. Records and CDs can go media mail while shirts and mugs cannot.

It’s the most cost effective way to ship a record in the US, and, while we can offer other forms of shipment such as Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and more, USPS Media Mail is our default for its cost savings and expedient deliveries.

If you’re interested in just order fulfillment, your customers pay you through your own web store, and we bill you for shipping and fulfillment.

If you’re utilizing a custom store page, customers pay us through our web store for your merch, and we send the proceeds (minus expenses) to you!

• Choosing a a quality mailer (packaging) for your record is crucial! We carry a few varieties, but this Mighty Mailer is a very solid choice and goes together quickly. At time of writing, they’re a little under $2 each for 100 units.

• Quality tape! It’s holding your whole package together, so make sure to use enough! We use a reinforced paper tape, but your traditional, clear packing tape will work just fine.

• Don’t forget labels and packing slips! At PMP, we use 4x6 Thermal Printed labels, and those are wonderful for getting out a lot of orders fast. You can absolutely print it out on any paper you have, but make sure to trim the label and keep it looking neat!

• Shipping! We utilize ShipStation to organize our orders, order our postage, and print our labels. It’s a great resource for organizing shipments, but there is a monthly fee. You can always take your packages, ready to ship, to the post office or other courier and pay for postage there. There’s always options!
